Some sites deliberately block Ahrefs bots to prevent competitor analysis or reduce bandwidth costs. This is legitimate and does not affect link quality. What matters is that Google can access and index the page.
Ahrefs crawls the web around three times slower than Google too, so it may just take a little longer to detect your link.
If the page is not indexed in Google...
